Grievance privacy notice
This notice applies to grievances submitted through the ROHI portal. It complements ROHI’s general privacy policy.
1Data controller
The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) is responsible for processing carried out through this service.
2Purposes
Data are used to receive, register, route and follow up grievances.
3Data processed
The service collects the subject, description, category, optional location and any attachments provided. It does not request a name or identity document.
4Anonymity and contact details
Anonymity is the default. Contact details are collected only if you provide them for follow-up.
5Recipients
Access is limited to staff authorised to process grievances.
6Security
Messages, attachments and contact details are protected while stored.
7Retention periods
Data are kept for the time necessary for processing and legal obligations.
8Your rights
You may request information, access or correction of your data if you can identify the grievance through its reference and tracking code.
