1Publisher
The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) publishes this digital service.
2Publication director
The Internal Audit Directorate (DAI) is responsible for publication supervision, under the authority of the Minister of Economy and Finance. The Anti-Corruption Service (SLCC) is responsible for the operational handling of grievances.
3Hosting
The service is hosted in the MEF Datacenter and secured with technical and organisational measures appropriate for a public service.
4Purpose
The portal enables anyone to submit and track a grievance without an account, with anonymity available.
5Intellectual property
Texts, trademarks, graphics and layout belong to the MEF or are used with permission.
